The session will focus on how high-fidelity process modelling with SysCAD can accelerate DLE projects from experimental test work to confident flowsheet design that investors and partners trust.
In this session, Brett will cover how to:
- Incorporate experimental data into thermodynamic databases to model DLE processes from first principles.
- Implement dynamic ion-exchange models with kinetics to predict column performance and cycle times, including effects such as dispersion.
- Use high-accuracy chemistry models to support process design and shorten pathway to operation while maintaining stakeholder confidence.
